8–16 senior leaders from non-competing organisations. Scheduled in Dubai, Hamburg and the Bay Area. Sector-agnostic material that adapts live in the room.

Everyone who books a module joins the AAILA circle. Two rituals hold it together.
Office hours
Bring your live problem.
Monthly small-group sessions with Zamina and Tobias. Members bring a decision, a stalled pilot, a governance question — and leave with a concrete next step. 60 minutes, up to six seats, no slides.

Community dinners
A long table in each city.
A few times a year, we host an invite-only dinner in Dubai, Hamburg and the Bay Area. AAILA members, alumni and a handful of guests around one long table. One theme, no panel, no pitching.
How to join:

- 02 · Alumni receive city-specific invitations each season.
